As a forever Texas gal at heart I loved this! Though I’ve lived in my share of “too far north” states I’ve never stopped saying y’all!! Lol.
I love your post for the content. In fact I wrote a similar story on my blog titled “Tell your Story!”
God has done so much in my life. How can I not brag on his goodness! Thanks for sharing.

Hold on to your Texas roots. Don’t let go of it. Glad great minds think alike and that we have no problem sharing the good news of Jesus christ

You are right about that Cool Breeze! What’s that saying…”you can take the girl out of Texas…but you will never take Texas out of the girl!!” And to that I say, AMEN!
        God bless!

I love to tell the story, that old old story. One of the great hymns. We are told to speak of this with our children as we rise, as we eat, as we walk, as we talk to speak of it before bed. To be so excited that there is nothing else to talk about. Thank you for the reminder.

I always need the reminder to tell my children good things instead of just barking orders and telling them to be quiet or go outside and play. They need this more than that. Thanks for reading
